Adrian Pino Obituary

Adrian A. Pino Sr. passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, July 3, 2021. He was 64 years old. Born March 10, 1957 in Albuquerque, NM to Arthur and Rosie Pino. Preceded in death by his parents. Adrian Sr. is survived by his supportive and loving wife Sandra of 45 years, his son, Adrian Jr. and his wife Priscilla, two grandchildren, Ava and Uriah, brother Martin Pino (Terrye), and sisters, Martha Cieremans (Kees), Irene Schwartz, Dianna Brown (John), Loraine Pino, Carol Maestas (Alex), Renee Garcia (Anthony), and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Adrian was born and raised in Albuquerque and graduated from Manzano H.S. in 1975. He lived in Albuquerque until 1981 when he moved to Los Chavez, NM. He was a business owner (Adrian's Print Shop) in Belen, NM for 30 years until he retired. Before leaving Albuquerque, he was a little league coach before Adrian Jr. was old enough to play ball. Zia Little League was founded by his father, Arthur Pino in 1967. There was not a little league in his district and Adrian and Marty wanted to play ball. They asked their dad if he would build a "little league" for him and his brother, the hard work began and made it happen. Adrian has been a vital part of the Belen community. He was a member of Calvary Chapel Church and served in the Children's Ministry. He was involved in many organizations including the Belen School Board for 13 years, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Boys and Girls Club, Rotary Club and many more. Adrian was an avid hunter, he loved the outdoors. He grew up camping and fishing with his family and it became a lifelong tradition. Adrian had many interests including listening to all types of music, especially oldies, James Brown being one of his favorites. He also enjoyed cruising his Harley Davidson, his most recent passion. He and Sandra rode over 100 thousand miles on his bike with his brother, friends, brother-in-law and sister-in-law. He felt freedom when he was riding. He had many friends from all walks of life. He loved people and people loved him. Above all, he loved his Lord Jesus Christ and he loved his family. Adrian was loved and will be deeply missed. We celebrate his life with the many stories and laughs he left us with. Rest In Peace.
