Ashley Nichole Gleason was born to Tim Gleason and Joanna Dunn in Albuquerque, NM, on June 24, 1987, and went home to be with her Lord March 3, 2025 at the age of 37.

Ashley was a sweet, kind and spunky person who loved her family more than anything. Ashley had a large, loving family that grew through the years. At the age of four, Ashley gained another mom, Christine Gleason, and two sisters, Kim Starks and Jenna Chavez whom she loved dearly and became extremely close to through the years. She then gained a brother, Rayne Dodson, and loved him dearly. But the love and pride of her life was always her children, Pierce Gleason and Poppy Rose.

Although not always able to be physically present with her children, you could not get through a conversation with Ashley without hearing about them. Everything she did to better herself was always about her babies. Ashley was the most talented hair stylist anyone had ever known. She prided herself for her color expertise and she definitely was an expert.

Ashley is survived by her children, parents, sisters and brother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces and a nephew, cousins, a brother-in-law and many friends (too many to name) that she loved so very much. The world is a more colorful place because Ashley was in it, and we know she's coloring Heaven too! We miss you Ashley and we will never be the same without you. This is not good-bye, just see you soon!

A Celebration of Ashley's life will be held at Family Christian Center, 1016 Fowler in Socorro, Saturday, March 29th at 11:00 am.

It is with great anguish, and great sorrow, that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, sister and mother, Ashley Nicole Gleason.

Ashley Nichole Gleason was born to Joanna C. Dunn and Timothy E. Gleason on June 24th 1987 in Albuquerque, New Mexico and died on March 3rd 2025.

Ashley's brilliant light in our lives will forever be remembered by her generosity of spirit, kindness, compassion, vast capacity to love and her determination to overcome challenges with grace.

Ashley approached life with joy, appreciation for her brother, selfless dedication for her children, and a desire to create beauty all around her.

Ashley's laughter, like music, filled the room with happiness. Her smile melted your heart and the glint of gold in her eyes made you feel like you were home. Ashley was always unapologetically authentic.

Ashley was an accomplished and remarkably talented stylist & colorist. She loved music, art, baking, gardening and dancing in the rain... but what she loved most of all, was spending time with her children.

Ashley dedicated her life to finding hope and bringing solutions to complex situations while enduring challenges with grace. Her determination to be the best version of herself was a constant work in progress and her sacrifices will never be forgotten. Her capacity for unconditional love will be our example moving forward. She will forever be the brightest star in our galaxy.

Ashley leaves behind her mother, Joanna Dunn, father, Timothy Gleason, children, Pierce Sedillo & Poppy Rose, brother, Rayne Dodson, stepmother, Christine Gleason, stepsisters, Kim Starks & Jenna Chavez, grandparents, Frederick & Rosa Dunn, and Earl & Darla Gleason along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and a plethora of friends.

A Memorial Mass Will be held on March 19th at 10:30 am at San Felipe De Neri Catholic Church. 2005 N Plaza St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104. Old Town Plaza in Albuquerque. All are welcome, come as you are to honor the life of our dear Ashley.
