Dominick Michael Attanasio

The family of Dominick Michael Attanasio, 55, is deeply saddened to announce his unexpected passing on May 3rd, 2026. Born on August 13, 1970, in Prince Edward Island, Canada. He spent his early years in Huntington, New York being a teenage boy and all mischief that comes with that. Ultimately graduating from Harbor fields High School in Greenlawn, NY.

Dom lived a life filled with laughter, many pets, and a love for the outdoors. A local businessman, Dom ensured that every vehicle he sold was a good fit, dependable and brought value to his customers. He spent the past 35 years living and working in San Acacia, New Mexico. A self-taught cook, Dominick would bake wonderful Christmas cookies and carefully pack them up and ship them to family members every holiday season.

He will be lovingly remembered by his husband, Curtis; his adopted mother, Diane; his birth mother, Shane Presse, and many sisters and brothers. Dominick is preceded in death by his loving adoptive parents Joseph & Amelia.
