Fidelina Maria Cooper, a loving, wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, tia and friend went to her eternal heavenly home on Thursday, July 1, 2021. Fidelina was born April 3, 1936 in Torreon, NM to Alejandro and Rosella Lujan Sedillo. She waspreceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Edgar Cooper; her six siblings, Juan, Erlinda, Genoveva, Gilfred, Bessie and Bobby. She is survived by her son, Martin Alderete (Donna) of Los Lunas; Theresa Alderete Persohn (Bryan) of Henderson, NV; Gladys Marie Alderete Cancel (Louis) of Newburgh, NY, Patricio Sedillo (Anna) of Belen, NM and Tim Cooper (Letha Ann) of Portland, OR; her grandchildren, Jedediah Alderete (Danessa), Jacob Alderete (Deanne), Jared Alderete (Holly), Janessa Alderete, Alycia Cancel, Emilio Cancel (Megan), Cory Persohn (Samantha), Brianna Cooper Murray (Chad), Nicolette Cooper; 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandsons. Services will be on Friday, July 16, 2021 at Noblin Funeral Service Belen Chapel, NM with visitation beginning at 11:00 and services immediately following. Services will be presided by Reverend Louis Cancel. Pallbearers will be Jedediah, Ethan, Jacob, Israel and Jared Alderete, and Andreas Sedillo. Honorary pallbearers are will be Cain and Coy Alderete.
