Frances Moreland, age 77,a resident of Socorro, New Mexico, beloved mother, grandmother and friend, passed away on September 9,2026
Frances was a loving, kindhearted person who was always ready to help anyone in need. She enjoyed baking goodies, caring for her loving chihuahua companions, and visiting with family and friends.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents Doris and Floyd Winona, brother Jesse Baggs and wife Terri Baggs, daughter Angela Moreland and granddaughter Jessica Moreland.
Frances is survived by son David(Alice) Belmontez and daughter Rose Belmontez.
Frances was blessed with 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and 8 foster children.
Frances created many lasting memories that will be forever treasured. And she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Memorial services will be held October 17th at 11am at El Buen Pastor Church located at 1011 S. Park st. Socorro, New Mexico.
