Jemeni Capon Molina, age 19, born June, 9, 2006, of Socorro, New Mexico, passed away on April 18, 2026. A young man characterized by his humble, honest, and fiercely loyal nature, Jemeni lived with a passionate and selfless spirit that touched many lives.
Jemeni had a style all his own, rarely seen without his jewelry and his signature "loks." He found great joy in the outdoors, whether he was hunting, fishing, playing softball, or riding street bikes. His favorite music included rap, hip-hop, and Narco Corridos. While he had many hobbies, Jemeni's true passion was his family. He was a devoted son, brother, and a doting uncle who cherished every moment spent with his nieces and nephews during family gatherings.
Jemeni was preceded in death by his father, Steven Molina; his grandfathers, Nestor Talamante; great-grandfather, Lawrence Talamante; and great-grandmother, Lena Talamante.
He is survived by his loving mother, Jessica Talamante; his sisters, Jazmin, Estrella, and Juzell Molina; and his brothers, Jesus Molina, Steven Molina Jr., Ezra Estrada, and brother-in-law Isaiah Florez. He also leaves behind his grandmothers, Lillie Caraveo and Cathy Talamante; grandfather, Jesus Caraveo; his niece, Aria Molina; and his nephews, Elijah and Azariano Florez; and grandparents, Manny and Carol Molina.
Services for Jemeni will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at San Miguel Catholic Church in Socorro, NM. A visitation will be held at 10:00 am, followed by a rosary at 10:30 am. A mass will be then be recited at 11:00 am. Jemeni will be placed to rest at the San Miguel Cemetery immediately following the services.
