Joe was known for always working with his hands, creating & crafting in his shop. He loved camping & fishing. His fondest memories were hunting with his dad, taking his kids & grandkids fishing. He will be missed by his family & friends; he never met a stranger.
Preceded in death by: his parents Medardo & Odella Sanchez; sisters Evangeline Griego and Dorys Maestas; and his sons Steven and John Sanchez.
He is survived by his wife Nita; his daughters Lori Griego & husband Robert, Tammy Barnett & husband; grandchildren Julianne & Brendan Barnett, Levi & Danielle Sankel and Nate Evansen, Ashton & Aaron Sanchez; and his sister Evelyn Sanchez; and great grandnieces, many nieces & nephews.
