Joe Neal Shivers

Graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelors in Social Work. Graduate of New Mexico Highland University with a Masters of Social Work. Long standing member of Belen Moose Lodge 1680.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father Doris and Boyd Shivers Sr; Wife Gayla Shivers, Wife Bonnie June Shivers, granddaughter Kayla Shivers and borther-in-law Gary Watkins.

He is survived by his son Gary Shivers, wife Crystal Shivers, son Joe Shivers, son Lary Shivers. Grandchildren TYler Shivers, Darren Shivers, Austin Nadeau, Arrow Shivers, Grace Shivers, and Tachi'Bah Shivers.

A memorial of life will be held Sunday June 22nd from 5-7p, at the Belen Moose Lodge 1680.
