Lorenzo Chavez age 73, a resident of Los Lunas New Mexico, passed away on January 24, 2025. Lorenzo was an Army Vietnam Veteran. He is a God-fearing man. Lorenzo Loved his family dearly and wanted the best for everyone. He always rooted for the underdog. Lorenzo loved music and good food. Everyone will always remember him for his charm and kindness.
Lorenzo is preceded in death by, his mother and father Benito and Anne Chavez. Siblings; Jessie Chavez, Emilio Chavez, Martha Lopez, Joanne Maez.
Lorenzo is survived by his beautiful wife Dorothy Chavez; son Lorenzo S. Chavez; siblings, Mike and Patsy Chavez of Clovis, Gloria and Bert Brinker, and Ida Carver of Clovis and many nieces and nephews
Services will take place at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Clovis, New Mexico on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, beginning with a rosary at 10:00 AM, followed by the funeral Mass at 10:30 AM, and then a reception.
