Margarito Lawrence Gallegos Jr.
December 04, 1964 - July 13, 2026
Margarito Lawrence Gallegos Jr. entered into eternal rest with our lord on Monday July 13, 2026 at the age of 61. He was a resident of LosLunas, NM and a member of the Air force National Guard from 1988-1992.
He touched many lives with his smile, laughter, sense of humor and willingness to help those in need. His passion was cooking from the heart with his special "Essence". Hobbies were playing basketball, horse shoes and bowling.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Margarito Sr. and Bessie Gallegos, brother Danny R. Gallegos and nephew Jaret Jaramillo.
He is survived by his loving daughters Stephanie and Joanna Gallegos. Six grandchildren. Five great-grandchildren. Siblings: Patricia (Jeff) Jaramillo, Frank (Norma) Gallegos, John (Patricia) Gallegos and Christine Gutierrez (Mark), sister-in-law Margaret Gallegos, and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of life at the Green House Bistro, 05 Thomas Rd., Los Lunas, NM on Sunday July 26, 2026 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM.
The family would like to thank everyone for all the love and kindness during this difficult time. He will be greatly missed and forever be remembered.
