Nellie Manuelita Baca

Nellie Manuelita Baca, age 91, a resident of Belen, NM, peacefully departed this life and went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 4, 2023.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Nicanor and Marie Baca; sister, Antonia Quintana; brother, Frank Baca; sister-in-law, Mary Frances Baca; and nephews, Eloy Urtiaga, Felipe Quintana, and Patrick McNealy.

She is survived by her brothers, Edward (Prescilla) and Joe Baca (Mary); niece, Eva Urtiaga; and many more loving nieces and nephews.

Nellie will be greatly missed by her family, and will always be remembered for her generosity towards others. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Genesis Belen Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center and Gentiva Hospice, as well as the staff at Noblin Funeral Service.

Services for Nellie will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church, beginning with a Rosary to be recited at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will take place at Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens.
