Rachael Ann Martinez

Rachael Ann Martinez, at the age of 39, went to the loving arms of Jesus on January 28th, 2025. Born September 12th,1985 to Laura Lee Martinez & Horacio George Martinez. She is survived by her two children, Issac Matthew Chapman and Isabella Lee Chapman; Five brothers, Jason Ruiz, Lawrence Martinez, Fabian Martinez, Andrew Martinez, and George Martinez, Four sisters, Desiree Martinez, Erica Martinez, Renee Gonzales (Martinez), and Lillian Bossler (Martinez). She is preceded by the love of her life, Isaac Chapman, with whom she shared 20 beautiful years, her parents, Laura Lee and Horacio George Martinez, sister Erica Martinez and grandparents Horacio and Marylou Martinez and Marcella and Erneldo Tenorio. Her children were the light of her life and she truly touched the lives of others. Rachael held a career in assisted living for 16 years; she was truly dedicated to caring for the elderly. She was very adventurous and loved the outdoors, was a football fanatic who loved the Dallas Cowboys and spending time with family & friends. She had the most beautiful green eyes, always kept her hair long, and her smile and laugh will never be forgotten.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, February,13th,2025 at the San Ysidro Parish in Corrales, New Mexico - 5015 Corrales Road, Corrales, New Mexico, 87048.
Rosary begins at 9:30am with a mass following at 10:00am

Reception at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish Hall to follow funeral service
