Robert Gomez, 75, passed away on August 27, 2021 in Los Lunas, New Mexico, Robert Gomez was born June 6, 1946 and went home to the Lord on August 27, 2021. Robert was proceeded in death by his son Robert Jr. and daughter Rosanna; siblings Esther Chavez and Christine Montano and his parents Anastacio and Margaret Gomez. He is survived by his siblings Henry and his wife Maria, Alex and his Wife Eloisa, sisters, Julia Asselin & Elsie Gomez and Betty and her husband Orlando Montoya and brothers-in-law Tony Chavez and Don Montano. He was married to his beloved wife Patsy of 57 years; his daughter Rhonda and her husband Felix Salas, His son Randy and his wife Rochelle, and his son Ronnie. He had 7 grandkids Felicia and her husband Anthony Perea, Andrea and her husband Joe Jaramillo, Regina and her husband Aaron Cordova, April and her husband Fausto Ortiz, Dominic Salas and his fiancé Julie Sanchez, Randall Gomez and his wife Phylisha, and Jacob Gomez. He had 7 great grandkids, Jojo, Robert and Anthony Perea, Andres, Alejandro and Angelo Cordova and Giovanni Ortiz. Robert was born in Magdelena, NM. He lived in California, Washington, Arizona and came back to his beloved New Mexico where he spent his final days as a business owner and farmer. His greatest pride and joy were his family. He was their protector, confidant, and always spoke with incite and wisdom. His presence in a room was magnetic and admirable. Everybody that knew him loved and respected him. We give thanks to our Heavenly Father for his life and the opportunity to have shared it. He will be greatly missed. Celebration of life will be Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 2 pm at New Beginnings Church, 4770 Montgomery Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. A reception will be held following the service.
