It is with deep sorrow that we the family of Roger Gabaldon, 79, announce his passing on Wednesday, December 3,2025, at his home in Luis Lopez, New Mexico.
Born in Socorro, NM on November 2, 1946, Roger was the son of late Rogerio Gabaldon Jr. and Jesucita (Harada) Gabaldon.

Roger is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Teresa (Grife) Gabaldon and Children. Jude Gabaldon (Wife Darla), Annine Gabaldon, Pete Gabaldon, Susanne Tellez (Husband Miche)

He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Tyler David (wife Monica), Michael & Gabby Gabaldon, Riis Sanchez (Wife Hayley), Carlina, Mayce, Miche Grey, and Amrie Tellez. As well as his great grandchildren Grayson & Amira David, and Evelyn Sanchez.
He is also remembered by his sisters Pricilla & Sandra Gabaldon and many nieces and nephews.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents Rogerio and Jesuscita Gabaldon, his brothers Stephen and Dennis Gabaldon and his grandson Zac Gabaldon.

There are no words monumental enough to describe his legacy. Simply he was always "The Boss", so it was on his terms that "Our Cowboy Rode Away."
