Tanya Beverly (Gallegos) Thompson

Tanya Thompson, age 66, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on Saturday, March 22,2025. She was born in Camp Pendleton,California.

Tanya was a beloved mother and grandmother who cherished her sons and grandchildren more than anything in the world. Her love for camping, fishing, collecting rocks and singing around the campfire brought her great joy. Tanya never met a stranger and welcomed everyone as a friend.

Amongst her talents she was a great cook, known for her famous potato salad and pineapple upside down cake enjoyed by many friends or family. Tanya was a distinctive  individual who lived her life in her own unique way. She left many lasting impressions on all who knew her.

She was proceeded in death by her mother Maggie,and brothers Randy, Rick & Mike Gallegos.

She is Survived by her father Bobby Gallegos, two sons Fred & Rob Thompson. Grandchildren Lea & Joey Thompson.

Siblings Dave & wife Petra, Jeannie, Tim & wife Michelle,Margaret;

Sister-in-laws Trish, Geraldine & Adela, and many nieces and nephews.
